Pre-School Programme

Our pre-school is a warm, stimulating haven where the youngest scholars discover the joy of learning through play, exploration, and creative expression. Every activity is intentionally designed to build early literacy, numeracy, social skills, and emotional intelligence.

Grade School Programme

Our Grade programme blends rigorous academics with vibrant co-curricular activities. Scholars develop strong foundations in literacy and numeracy while growing in confidence, curiosity, and character through a broad and balanced curriculum aligned with national standards.

Junior Secondary Programme

The Junior Secondary programme prepares scholars for the intellectual rigour of senior school through an expanded subject range, project-based learning, and independent study skills. Students sit the Junior WAEC (BECE) at the end of JSS3, paving the way for senior secondary placement.

Senior Secondary Programme

Our Senior Secondary programme offers three specialist tracks — Science, Arts & Humanities, and Commercial — each preparing scholars for WAEC and NECO examinations, university entrance, and purposeful adult life. Class sizes are kept deliberately small to maximise teacher attention.

SSA follows the Nigerian National Curriculum as prescribed by the Federal Ministry of Education, enriched with our own pastoral programme, co-curricular activities, and character development modules. At the senior secondary level, scholars are prepared for WAEC and NECO external examinations.

We deliberately keep our class sizes small to maximise individual attention. Pre-school classes hold a maximum of 15 pupils, Grade classes up to 25, and secondary classes between 25 and 30. This ensures every scholar receives the focus they deserve.

Comprehensive academic reports are issued at the end of every term alongside a parent-teacher conference opportunity. Continuous assessment scores are shared throughout the term, and parents can request progress meetings at any time through the school office.

Absolutely. We offer a rich programme of clubs and activities including debating, chess, drama, music, visual arts, football, athletics, coding club, and more. Extra-curricular participation is encouraged as part of our commitment to holistic development.

The school gate opens at 7:00am. Formal lessons begin at 8:00am. Grade school closes at 2:00pm, while secondary school closes at 3:30pm. An after-school care programme is available until 5:30pm for an additional fee.

Yes. SSA scholars wear a distinctive white and maroon uniform that reflects our school colours and values of purity and purpose. Full uniform details, including sportswear, are available in our prospectus and from the school office upon enrolment.

Applications can be made online via our Admissions page or by visiting the school office in person. You will need to complete the application form, submit the required documents, and attend an informal assessment session. We recommend applying early as places fill quickly.
