Cultural Day & Inter-House Fiesta

Boarding Fees

Boarding fees are billed separately from tuition and cover accommodation, three meals daily, laundry service, and houseparent supervision. Contact the Finance Office for the current fee schedule. Sibling discounts apply to boarding fees.

The Great Hall — Main Assembly & Events Hall

The heart of the Academy. A 500-seat multipurpose hall hosting daily assemblies, parent evenings, prize-giving ceremonies, and community events. The Pioneer Wall of Honour is mounted here permanently.

Every decision we make — from gate protocols to mealtimes to counselling services — is guided by one unwavering principle: every scholar must feel safe, seen, and supported at all times.

Perimeter fencing, CCTV across all zones, a staffed gatehouse, and a biometric entry register for all staff. No child is released to an unregistered adult.

Mental Health Support

A qualified school counsellor is available every school day. All sessions are confidential. Scholars can self-refer or be referred by a teacher or parent.

Medical & First Aid

A qualified nurse is on-site every school day. Emergency kits are stationed in every building. Partnership with a nearby hospital ensures swift referrals when needed.

Zero-Tolerance Bullying Policy

All forms of bullying — physical, verbal, and cyber — are handled through a structured pastoral response. Bystanders are empowered to report safely.

Nutrition & Dietary Care

Meals are designed by a nutritionist and reviewed termly. Dietary requirements and allergies are recorded at enrolment and communicated to kitchen staff.

Weekly SMS updates, termly parent-teacher conferences, and a direct pastoral hotline ensure parents are always informed and involved.

Safeguarding Commitment

Every Adult at SSA is a Safeguarding Officer

All SSA staff — teaching and non-teaching — undergo mandatory child safeguarding training before joining and annually thereafter. We operate a clear reporting structure and a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) who liaises with state child protection authorities when required.
